Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and packaging before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary for custom or made-to-order items; please refer to the product description for specific details.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. We currently don’t ship internationally.

  • Packaging: I take great care to ensure that your ceramics arrive safely. I securely package all items with eco-friendly materials whenever possible to protect your piece(s) during transit. I reuse a lot of packaging material and encourage you to save and reuse it as well.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will do my best to assist you.

Returns Policy

  • Returns: I accept returns on all full-price, unused items within one week of receiving your package. To request a return, please email info@aculinaceramica.com.

    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and must securely package the item to ensure it is returned safely. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and confirmed to be in its original, undamaged condition.

  • Product Variations: Each piece is handmade, and slight variations in color, size, and shape are natural characteristics of the craft. I strive to represent each item accurately, but minor differences may occur.
