Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and packaging before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary for custom or made-to-order items; please refer to the product description for specific details.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. We currently don’t ship internationally.

  • Packaging: I take great care to ensure that your ceramics arrive safely. I securely package all items with eco-friendly materials whenever possible to protect your piece(s) during transit.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will do my best to assist you.

Returns Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the handmade nature of my ceramics and very small production, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please consider this carefully before making a purchase. If you’d like to see a video of the piece(s) you want to purchase before submitting an order, you are welcome to request one via email or contact form.

  • Product Variations: Each piece is handmade, and slight variations in color, size, and shape are natural characteristics of the craft. I strive to represent each item accurately, but minor differences may occur.
